HAIRLINE RECREATION
(BUZZ-CUT LOOK)
Hairline Recreation is what SMP is most widely known for.
This treatment is done on a closely shaved or fully bald head, where we will be recreating a new hairline or restoring the client's existing one. Density is added into all balding areas and blended into the sides and temples as required.
Light Hair Loss - $1200
Medium Hair Loss - $1800
Extensive Hair Loss - $2400
Includes 3-4 sessions and a touch up at 12 months.
HAIR DENSITY (THICKENING)
Density treatments are for those with overall thinning of the hair (whether that be even or patchy). This treatment covers the entire scalp, focussing on the areas of thinning and blending into your natural hair to create the appearance of thicker, fuller hair.

CROWN CAMOUFLAGE
Camouflaging hair loss in thinning crowns can be done on a shaved head or long hair with excellent results. The area where the hair meets the thinning is referred to as the transition area, which is what your SMP is blending for natural-looking results.

PARTLINE RESTORATION (VERTEX)
Often with longer hair, thinning is only obvious along the part line. Our Vertex treatment adds density to the part line, removing the amount of visible scalp. We generally treat an area up to 2cm on either side of the fully visible part, for a seamless transition.
Vertex - $800
Includes 2-3 sessions and a touch up at 12 months.
SIDES / TEMPLES
Probably the most common SMP treatment for women and also the leading area of female hair loss, is the sides of the scalp around the temple areas.
Adding density to the sides of short, medium and longer hair, allows greater freedom in how you wear your hair.
Sides & Temples - $1000
Includes 2-3 sessions and a touch up at 12 months.
BABY HAIRS
SMP for baby hairs requires attention to detail and finesse, as each woman's natural baby hair pattern is unique and typically finer than other areas.
Existing baby hairs are replicated using a feathering technique to achieve a look of increased coverage.
Baby Hairs - $800
Includes 2-3 sessions and a touch up at 12 months.
Process
Consultation:
To determine the treatment that’s right for you, we provide a free consultation, which can be done in person at our new studio in Brighton. Alternatively, you can submit 4-6 images via our ‘submit inquiry’ form online to receive a phone consultation.
Session 1 – Foundation:
This applies mostly to new hairlines. We create the basic shape of your new SMP look, spacing follicles conservatively and building a base to build on in session 2.
Session 2 – Density:
Scheduled 1-2 weeks after session 1. We assess how the pigment has settled, allowing us to make the necessary adjustments. From here we add fullness to the look by increasing density and start blending into your natural hair growth. After session 2, you’ll get a great feel for your new look.
Session 3 – Finishing Touches:
Approximately 2-4 weeks after session 2 depending on treatment, we apply the finishing touches. The additional time between sessions 2 & 3 allows for your treatment to fully heal, leaving nothing to chance in creating a realistic look. Additional density is added if needed, final blending with your natural growth and making any changes to the hairline to ensure your look is flawless.
