Studio policy

booking deposit

Please note a non-refundable booking deposit of 20% is required for all bookings. This must be paid at the time of booking to secure your first appointment.

 

Your booking deposit can move with your appointment should you need to reschedule. Please reschedule no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid losing your deposit. Certain exemptions may apply.

Need To Cancel or Reschedule Your Appointment?

​Please inform the studio via email hello@confidenceink.com.au or phone us on 0450 728 754 to advise of your cancellation or request to reschedule, as soon as possible, as this allows clients on our waitlist the opportunity to fill an appointment.

 

If changes to your treatment date/time are made inside of the 48 hour period, your booking deposit may be forfeited (at our discretion.)

 

A no show of your first appointment will result in a loss of your deposit. Your treatment balance will increase by the deposit amount.

 

Last minute cancellations, rebooking and no-show fees will still apply for unsubstantiated reasons.

You will receive automated email and text reminders prior to your scheduled appointment. These are from our automated system and are not linked to the studio's contact number. 

 

Please contact us on 0450 728 754 if there are any changes needing to be made or if these reminders do not appear to reflect your original booking. 

TREATMENT PRICES

Prices are subject to change without notice.  However we will honour pricing for 45 days from date of your written quote. Confidence Ink is a studio of excellence and takes pride in the quality of products and services provided.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can be made by cash or via EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Afterpay and ZipPay.

All quotes will be sent to your email accompanied by a deposit invoice with options for to make your (non-refundable) booking deposit payment.

 

If your booking deposit is not paid, your appointment is not confirmed.

 

Deposit is taken at the time of booking through a safe payment gateway.

 

Booking deposits are non-refundable and may be used towards other services if there is a change of mind (at our discretion).
